Under GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679), you have the right to request complete deletion of your personal data from our systems. ALGORIN S.R.L. will process your request promptly and confirm once completed.
What we delete: contact information, project communications, any personal data associated with your account or inquiries submitted through our website.
Email us at d.saricev@algorin.io with subject line Data Deletion Request and include your name and the email address you used to contact us.
To protect your data, we may ask for basic verification to confirm the request is from you. This is a standard GDPR requirement.
Your data is deleted from our active systems within 30 days. Backup copies are purged within 90 days. You receive a confirmation email once completed.
Note: Financial and invoice data may be retained for up to 7 years as required by Moldovan tax law, even after a deletion request. This data is the minimum legally required and is stored securely.
